Lancemaside A from <i>Codonopsis lanceolata</i> Modulates the Inflammatory Responses Mediated by Monocytes and Macrophages

<table>Effect of lancemaside A on reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation in sodium nitroprusside- (SNP-) treated RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 cells that were preincubated with lancemaside A were treated with DHR123 (20 <i>μ</i>M) in the presence or absence of SNP (0.25 mM) for 20 min. The level of intracellular ROS was determined by flow cytometric analysis.
