(c) and (d) the expression of PRDX1 in culture media was evaluated by western blotting (c) and ELISA (d) after challenge with LPS. α-Tubulin was not detected in the conditioned media. Experiments in (c) and (d) were repeated at least 3 times, with similar results. Each bar represents the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. .
