The Th2 response was promoted by anti-IL-17A mAb and IL-1Ra treatments. (a) The secretion of IL-4 in supernatant of the macrophage-lymphocyte cocultured system was assayed by ELISA. ((b) and (c)) The expressions of IL-4 and GATA-3 in lymphocytes were assayed by real-time PCR. The concentration of IL-1Ra is 15 μg/mL and the concentration of anti-IL-17A mAb is 20 μg/mL.
