AhR controls fibroblast differentiation induced by CRE. (a) Differentiation of fibroblasts with and without AhR knockdown was evaluated by the expression of α-SMA with DAPI for nuclei immune-staining after cells were treated with CRE (50 μg/mL) for 24 and 72 hours. (b) Positive staining for α-SMA was analyzed by Imaging software (iVision; Biovision). (c) α-SMA expression was detected by RT-PCR in fibroblasts with or without AhR knockdown.
