GrB and IFN-γ are produced by different subsets of CD4+ T cells. (c) CD4+ T cells were purified from the peripheral blood of 4 HZCL incubated with LmES in vitro in presence of mitomycin C-treated autologous PBMCs (APCs) and analysed by a dual color ELISpot specific for GrB and IFN-γ.
