Effect of NF-κB inhibitors on NO production and iNOS expression induced by GCGP. Cells were pretreated with 50 μM PDTC ((a) and (b)), 50 μM BAY 11-7082 ((c) and (d)), 25 μM MG-132 ((e) and (f)), or 40 μM JSH-23 ((g) and (h)) at 37°C for 30 min; then the indicated concentrations of GCGP were added for culturing 24 h.
