Effect of SJDBT on serums IL-6, MCP-1, and TNF-α levels in CT-26 tumor-bearing mice. ((a), (b)) 21 days after tumor cell injection, SJDBT were p.o. administrated every day until 42 days. At the end of experiments, mice were sacrificed. Blood samples were collected by cardiac puncture and serum samples were obtained blood sample after centrifuged. IL-6, MCP-1, and TNF-α level were measured using a Milliplex Mouse Metabolic Magnetic Bead Panel MMHMAG-44K-14. Experiments were performed in duplicate. Bars indicate means and standard deviations. .
