Tumor Necrosis Factor Induces Developmental Stage-Dependent Structural Changes in the Immature Small Intestine

TNFR1 expression in small intestine is constant during development. TNFR1 protein expression levels were tested by western blot in small intestinal homogenates from P0 to P28 mice. A representative western blot is shown. The graph shows the average TNFR1 expression at noted ages ( animals/group; expression normalized to actin; all ages compared to P0). No significant difference was detected between any ages.
