Inhibition of Ocular Aldose Reductase by a New Benzofuroxane Derivative Ameliorates Rat Endotoxic Uveitis

<div>Clinical score attributed to EIU after intravitreal BF-5m. Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with vehicle (saline), LPS (200 <i>μ</i>g/rat), vehicle (1% DMSO), and LPS+BF-5m (0.01; 0.05; 0.1 <i>μ</i>M/rat) 1 h following LPS treatment and were evaluated 24 h after injections.
