Ocular levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) within the tissue of rats with EIU, evaluated 24 h after the administration of vehicle (saline), vehicle (DMSO), LPS (200 μg/s.c.), or LPS+BF-5m (0.01; 0.05; 0.1 μM/rat) into the vitreous.
