Effect of DMPF-1 on the level of chemokines and Th2 cytokines in the BALF and IgE in the serum of OVA-sensitized mice. After the mice were sacrificed, the BALF was collected and used to measure the level of (a) eotaxin-1, (b) RANTES, (c) IL-4, (d) IL-5, and (e) IL-13 whereas serum from the collected blood was used to measure the (f) IgE level by using ELISA kits according to manufacturer’s protocol.
