RRM2B regulates inflammatory signaling pathway under oxidative stress. (a) Stable cells were treated with 50 or 200 μM H₂O₂ and harvested 2 hours later, and the lysates were separated into nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions for Western blot analysis. Antibodies against phosphorylated NF-κB, phosphorylated IκB, and phosphorylated p38 were applied, and GAPDH was used as loading control.
