Effect of IL-2 or IL-15 pretreatment on LTB4-induced NK cell migration. (a) PBLs were incubated for 18 h in the absence or presence of IL-2 (50 ng/mL) or IL-15 (10 ng/mL). Cells were stained with anti-CD3 and anti-CD56 antibodies and then placed in a chemotaxis assay in response to LTB4 10−9 M or 10−6 M. Migrating CD3− CD56+ cells were counted by FACS, and results were expressed as migration index (LTB4/vehicle).
