Effect of CoCl₂ stimulation on IL-8 and MCP-1 secretion in normal FLS and RAFLS. Human primary FLS from normal () and RA () donors were incubated with 200 μM CoCl₂. The amounts of IL-8 (a) and MCP-1 (b) released in the supernatants were monitored 24 h after stimulation. The data are the means ± SE from four experiments (4 different donors) performed in triplicate (3 independent experiments). For statistical comparative analyses, we compared RA to normal FLS treated with CoCl₂. .
