Calcitriol inhibits HCV RNA replication both in Con1b replicon and in J6/JFH1 HCVcc. Huh7.5-Con1b replicon cells (a) or J6/JFH1 infected HCVcc (b) were treated with 0–0.4 μM calcitriol for 48 h, after which cells were harvested and total RNA was extracted.
