Bioactivity of prokaryotic and eukaryotic expressed guinea pig TNF-α. Prokaryotic and eukaryotic expressed rgpTNF-α proteins in the concentration ranging from 0 to 10 μg/mL were analyzed for their cytotoxicity on L-929 fibroblasts and the percentage of cytotoxicity was calculated.
