Hypoxia preconditioning suppresses prolonged hypoxia-induced inflammation in primary mixed glial culture. (a) Brief hypoxia exposure for 0.5 h before prolonged hypoxia damage (4 h) significantly reduced the production of nitrite. compared with hypoxia control.
