Effects of 80% hydroethanolic M. oleifera bioactive flower extract on the viability of RAW 264.7 macrophages. A density of 1 × 10⁵ cells/well of macrophages were seeded in 96-well plate and incubated with various concentrations of flower extract for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
