(a)–(d) The treated cells were subjected to western blot analysis to assess the expression of phosphorylated p38 and JNK at 6 hr and p-IκBα and iNOS at 12 hr. The bar graphs represent the band intensity of each protein form normalized to total. For (e) and (f), the culture media of treated cells at 24 hr were collected and used for (e) NO production measurement by Griess reagent method and (f) TNF-α detection by using Elisa kit.
