Decreased IL-27 Negatively Correlated with Th17 Cells in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer Patients

The frequency of CD4+IL-17+ Th17 cells was measured by using flow cytometry, and the mRNA expression of RORγt in peripheral blood was measured by using QPCR. The proportion of Th17 cells (a) was significantly increased in NSCLC patients compared with healthy controls.
