Response of Caco-2-NF-κB-hrGFP D5 (a), C3 (b), HT-29-NF-κB-hrGFP E5 (c), and F6 (d) clones to TNF-α. Clones were stimulated with 50 ng/mL TNF-α and GFP expression was evaluated by flow cytometry after 48 h. Cell population was gated using the FSC versus SSC dot plot and then represented in a GFP histogram plot. Untreated cells are shown in white while treated cells are shown in grey. The raw data of GFP positive population in treated cells is shown.
