ANXA1 modulates GATA-3 and T-bet expression in Th0 conditions. CD4⁺ T cells were infected with ANXA1 up or ANXA1 down Lentivirus in Th0 condition and then stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 (5.0 μg/mL) for 8 h to analyze T-bet and GATA-3 expression by real-time PCR (a, b) and western bolt (c). .
