Coculture with BMSCs attenuates the activity of LPS to induce release of cytokines in alveolar macrophages (a) and HUVECs (b). Alveolar macrophages and HUVECs with or without coculture with BMSCs were treated with LPS or PBS for 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours.
