Decrease in miR-146a expression in REC in high glucose and transfection-induced fold changes. (a) Fold changes of miR-146a expression are shown. After 3 days of REC culture in high glucose (25 mM) medium, the expression of miR-146a was reduced, 0.5-fold change, compared to that of normal glucose (NG; 5 mM) group. (b) Transfection-induced fold changes of miR-146a expression in REC.
