Effects of folic acid on cell viability, examined using the MTT test. BV-2 microglial cells were treated with various concentrations of folic acid (FA) (5, 10, 30, 50, and 70 μg/mL) for 24 h. Experimental treatments were analyzed in triplicate and data are expressed as the mean ± SD of five independent experiments.
