Fermented Herbal Formulas KIOM-MA128 Ameliorate IL-6-Induced Intestinal Barrier Dysfunction in Colon Cancer Cell Line

<div>KIOM-MA/MA128 prevent the disruption of cytoskeleton by IL-6. (a) KIOM-MA/MA128 inhibited the IL-6-induced activation of PLC<i>γ</i>1. (b) Lysates were assayed for MLCK, MLC2, and PKC<i>δ</i> via Western blot. KIOM-MA/MA128 prevented the activation of MLCK, MLC2, and PKC<i>δ</i> induced by IL-6.
