The cytotoxic effects of resveratrol and THSG in HGFs. HGFs (1 × 10⁴ cells/well) were cultured in 96-well plate and then were starved with serum-free DMEM/F12 medium for 24 h. After starvation, HGFs were treated with (a) resveratrol (0, 10, 25, 100, or 200 μM) or (b) THSG (0, 10, 25, 100, or 200 μM) in 0.25% stripped FBS medium for 72 h with reflashed medium with agents daily.
