CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs showed the strong ability to suppress cytokine release of CD4⁺CD25⁻ T cells. Three different subtype Tregs (CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs, CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs, and CD4⁺CD25⁺Tregs) were cocultured with CD4⁺CD25⁻ T cells for 24 hours, and the secretion of IFN-γ and IL-4 of CD4⁺CD25⁻ T cells was measured.
