Effects of RRE treatment on (a) NF-κB p65 translocation into the nucleus and (b) phosphorylation of IκBα in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were pretreated with RRE for 1 h and stimulated with LPS for an additional (a) 1 h or (b) 30 min. β-actin and TATA box-binding protein (TBP) were used for cytosolic and nuclear control proteins, respectively.
