Effect of RRE treatment on the production of (a) TNF-α, (b) IL-6, and (c) IL-1β cytokines in LPS-stimulated mouse peritoneal macrophages. Cells were treated with RRE for 1 h and stimulated with LPS for 24 h. Cytokine production was measured by ELISA. Data represent the mean ± SD of duplicate determinations from three independent experiments. was calculated from comparing with LPS-stimulation value.
