Dephosphorylation of Y685-VE-Cadherin Involved in Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Barrier Injury Induced by Angiotensin II

<div>AngII induced skeletal rearrangement in PMVECs through inducing the dephosphorylation of Y685-VE-cadherin. Immunofluorescence indicated accumulation of stress fiber in PMVECs after AngII stimulation. In AngII+PP2 group, filopodia were noticed in the PMVECs, together with endothelial shrinkage and increase of intercellular space. The images were observed under a magnification of 400x.</div>
