Platelet-Released Growth Factors Modulate the Secretion of Cytokines in Synoviocytes under Inflammatory Joint Disease

<div>Effects of PRGF on synoviocyte viability and proliferation. The influence of PRGF on K4IM cell viability was determined by CTB cell viability assay (a). The addition of 5%, 10%, and 20% PRGF increase significantly the cell viability after 24 hours. The influence of PRGF on K4IM cell proliferation was determined by CyQuant cell proliferation assay (b).
