(b) The bar graphs showed the statistical results for β-APP expression in the cortex ( = 6; < 0.05, compared with control group). The relative increase in β-APP levels was calculated in 10 random fields (40x magnification) and assessed by densitometry (IOD). Data were presented as mean ± SD in three separate experiments.
