Evidence for the Involvement of Lipid Rafts and Plasma Membrane Sphingolipid Hydrolases in <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Infection of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchial Epithelial Cells

<div>Effect of <i>P. aeruginosa</i> infection on hydrolases activity associates with DRM and HD fractions. The measurements of the hydrolases activity were conducted on DRM (a) and HD (b) fraction obtained from CuFi-1 cells infected or not with PAO-1, using an in vitro assay based on artificial fluorigenic substrates.
