Evidence for the Involvement of Lipid Rafts and Plasma Membrane Sphingolipid Hydrolases in <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Infection of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchial Epithelial Cells

<div>Hydrolases activity associated with total cell lysate of CuFi-1 and NuLi-1 cells. The measurements of the hydrolases activity were conducted on cell lysates using an in vitro enzymatic assay based on artificial fluorigenic substrates.
