Evidence for the Involvement of Lipid Rafts and Plasma Membrane Sphingolipid Hydrolases in <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> Infection of Cystic Fibrosis Bronchial Epithelial Cells

<div>Effect of GBA2 overexpression on inflammatory response of CuFi-1 cells. Quantitative measurement of IL-8 protein release in the cell medium of CuFi-1 and CuFi-1-GBA2 cells infected or not with PAO1 for 4 h (100 CFU/cell). Data are mean ± SEM of three independent experiments performed in duplicate.
