Effects of TMA on the molecular interactions between NF-κB p50 and a ³²P-labeled target NF-κB double-stranded oligonucleotide. TMA was first incubated with NF-κB, and then the ³²P-labeled target NF-κB oligonucleotide was added. NF-κB/DNA complexes were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
