Verification of proinflammatory mediator release following LPS activation of differentiated THP-1 (dTHP-1) cells. Cells were treated with LPS (0–10 μg/mL) for 24 h, following the release of (a) TNF-α, (b) PGE2, and (c) IL-1β which were measured by ELISA. Data shows mean + SD of three independent experiments.
