Expression of ZO-1 and JAM-A proteins. RPE cells were incubated with tryptase (0.22 or 2.2 nM) for 4 h or 24 h. The expression of ZO-1 and JAM-A was estimated by immunocytochemistry. There were no differences of the expression between RPE cells treated with tryptase and control. Bars = 20 μm.
