IFN-γ production by T. gondii-specific T cells. 1.5 × 10⁵ peripheral blood mononuclear cells from infected animals were stimulated with TLA (a) or GRA1 (b) for five days. Thereafter, supernatants were harvested and the IFN-γ concentration was determined by ELISA. Data are given as mean ± SD from two experiments, performed in duplicate (a) or as mean ± SD from four experiments, performed in duplicate (b).
