Effects of HMFO on iNOS, COX-2, NF-κB, and p-IκB protein expression in mice with DSS-induced colitis. Western blot analysis was used to determine (a) iNOS, (b) COX-2, (c) NF-κB, and (d) p-IκB levels in colonic tissues.
