Plasma cell differentiation was augmented in CpG2216-activated PBMCs ex vivo. PBMCs of different donors were prepared by ficoll-paque density centrifugation and cultured with pDCs-preferred CpG2216 for 6 days, followed by surface marker labeling and analysis in flow cytometry. (a) CD19⁺ cells differentiated into plasma cells (CD19⁺CD38^highCD20^low) after CpG2216 stimulation for 6 days.
