Role of ARPC2 in Human Gastric Cancer

<div>ARPC2 regulated proliferation and invasion-related genes. (a) mRNA levels of CTNND1, EZH2, BCL2L2, CDH2, VIM, and EGFR were decreased after transfected with ARPC2-siRNA-1 and ARPC2-siRNA-2 compared with the negative control using RT-qPCR. (b) mRNA levels of PTEN, BAK, and CDH1 were increased after transfected with ARPC2-siRNA-1 and ARPC2-siRNA-2 compared with the negative control.
