Andrographolide Activates Keap1/Nrf2/ARE/HO-1 Pathway in HT22 Cells and Suppresses Microglial Activation by Aβ42 through Nrf2-Related Inflammatory Response

Figure 6

Effect of andrographolide on the secretion inflammatory cytokines, and NO. BV-2 cells were seeded onto culture dishes and transfected with Aβ42 plasmids for 12 h. Subsequently, the medium was replaced with fresh phenol red-free medium containing various concentrations of andrographolide for 24 h. The conditioned medium was collected and used to analyze the secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, PGE2, and NO. The abbreviation of andrographolide, ANDRO, was used. The data are presented as the means SE of triplicates. The significance presented as and compared with control group and , , and compared with the Aβ42-transfected group.
