(a–c) Proliferation of primary osteoblasts was tested by a CCK-8 assay after the cells were treated with various concentrations of IL-17, IL-22, and IL-23 (0, 5, 25, and 125 ng/ml) for different periods (24 h, 48 h, and 72 h). (d) Cell cycle analysis of primary osteoblasts were determined by flow cytometry after the cells were stimulated with or without IL-17 (25 ng/ml), IL-22 (25 ng/ml), and IL-23 (25 ng/ml) for 24 h.
