5-HT Drives Mortality in Sepsis Induced by Cecal Ligation and Puncture in Mice

<div>Lack of 5-HT decreases the level of MPO in CLP-induced sepsis. The activities of myeloperoxidase (MPO) in the liver and lung tissues were measured using activity assay kits.
