Metformin suppressed HEK294/TLR4/TLR4 cell migration. HEK294/TLR4 cells were treated with different concentrations of metformin for 24 h, followed by 1 μg/ml LPS treatment for 24 h. A scratch was then made when cells formed monolayer. Images were taken after another 24-hour culture.
