Morita-Baylis-Hillman Adducts Display Anti-Inflammatory Effects by Modulating Inflammatory Mediator Expression in RAW264.7 Cells

Effect on the mRNA expression of inflammatory mediators: IL-1 (a), IL-6 (b), and COX-2 (c). Cells were incubated with A2CN, A3CN, or A4CN (10 μM) in the presence of LPS (1 μg/mL) for 22 h. CTR means cells without LPS and MBHA compound incubation. LPS, cells incubated with LPS (1 μg/mL). The mRNA levels were determined by quantitative RT-PCR using 2^−ΔΔct method.
