Syndecan-1 Acts as an Important Regulator of CXCL1 Expression and Cellular Interaction of Human Endometrial Stromal and Trophoblast Cells

<div>Representative qualitative PRL expression in St-T1 (a) and KdS1 (b) samples before and after decidualization (dSt-T1, dKdS1). Samples were treated only with IL-1<i>β</i> (0), with IL-1<i>β</i> and DMSO (DMSO) and with IL-1<i>β</i> and MEK1/2 inhibitor (5 <i>μ</i>M, 50 <i>μ</i>M) as indicated. Expression of <i>β</i>-actin served as housekeeping control.</div>
