Suppressive milieu is partially reverted by TcES withdrawal. Total splenocytes were obtained from treated (EAE + TcES), control-treated (EAE + BSA), and mice that only received early treatment (EAE + TcES-W) after 16 days of receiving the mentioned treatments and were intracellularly stained to measure cytokines in the CD4⁺ lymphoid region.
